Teamwork Is About Synchronization

Harder work in chaos only produces more chaos.

Picture a crew rowing in a boat. Some are rowing at different speeds; others are rowing in the opposite direction. Telling the crew to row harder won’t solve the problem. The crew must first all row the same direction and same speed. Only then can they collectively put in more effort as a team to move faster.

Team synchronization is a critical first step, not an afterthought.
